研究兴趣及专长

主要研究方向为深渊/深海微生物生态学,深渊/深海有机碳的微生物学过程和机制。已取得的主要学术成果包括:国际上首次利用rRNA rDNA 为双重分子靶标,研究了马里亚纳海沟挑战者深渊和玛索海沟最深点两个站位沉积物中潜在活性微生物群落结构、相对活性及活性类群之间的相互作用网络(Liu et al., 2020, Frontiers in Microbiology);发表了国际上首篇侧重于介绍深渊微生物学和微生物生态学研究进展的综述文章(Liu et al., 2018, Deep-Sea Research II);发表了国际上首篇关于新不列颠海沟水体附生菌和自由菌群落结构以及调控因素的论文(Liu et al., 2018, Frontiers in Microbiology);申请人参与编写并出版了国内首部深渊科学方面的著作(许云平等,2016,浙江科学技术出版社);此外,申请人的学术成果还包括首次计算了海洋好氧不产氧光合细菌的细菌生产力(Liu et al., 2010,系统阐释了中国亚热带近海微生物污染状况和其在海水体系中的动态过程(Liu et al., 2017; Liu et al., 2015; Liu et al., 2012; Liu et al., 2010),以及发现了一种可以利用硫氧化驱动磷吸收和聚焦的新型聚磷细菌(Wang et al., 2019)等。
