魏玉利(yl_wei@shou.edu.cn,021-61900170 )自2008年至今,一直致力于地质微生物和生物有机地球化学方面的研究。到目前为止,在海洋和极端环境(深海冷泉、海底深部生物圈以及陆地热泉等)微生物的分子遗传多样性和生态分布特征、古菌脂类生物标志物以及脂类生物标志物在环境中的应用等研究领域取得了一些重要研究成果。这些研究成果被发表在Applied and Environmental Microbiology 和Geomicrobiology Journal等地质微生物领域的期刊上,共发表论文11篇,其中SCI期刊8篇、中文核心期刊3篇。
